由于臨近年末，跳槽成為我們當前的熱門話題。很多在職的白領從開始已經(jīng)為來年著手做準備，或者更換崗位或者謀求高薪；另外2010年剛剛畢業(yè)的學生大部分剛過完試用期雙向選擇的時間，還有一些未就業(yè)的還在積極就業(yè)。一年之計在于春，當春天來了的時候我們已經(jīng)開始了新的生活，這是何等的幸福！

那么如何應對眾多企業(yè)不同人力資源面試取得人事芳心呢？

面試很容易讓人緊張不安。Thoughtssuchas“WhatifIdon'tgetanyjoboffers?”,“WhatifIdon'tgetthejobIwant?”or“WillIacceptapositionthatisn'trightforme?”cancauseconsiderableupset.

越是擔心，就越是緊張，面試的結果可能就越差。Hereareafewnotesandpointersonhowtoprepareforinterviewsanddetermineifthisjobistherightoneforyou.

1.Thekeytoreducingyouranxietyisinbeingwell-preparedfortheinterview.Thefirststeptowardsasuccessfuljobinterviewisself-assessment（自我評估）。Youneedtodecideforyourselfwhatkindofpositionyouwant.Sinceself-knowledgeisthefoundationofalldecisions,aclosescrutinyofyourpriorities,interests,shortandlong-termgoalsisnecessarybeforeanyinterview.

Remember:ifyou'reunsureofwhetherornotyouwantthepositionyou'reinterviewingfor,itwillprobablyshow.Ifyoudon'thaveareasonablyclearfocus,thisisthetimetodosomehardthinkingaboutwhatkindofpositionyouwant.（確定你要應聘的職位）

2.Thesecondstepinpreparationforyourinterviewsistoresearchthepaniesyou'llbeinterviewingwith.（對求職公司充分了解）Youshouldknowasmuchaboutthepanyandthepositionasyoupossiblycan.Asyoudoyourresearch,lookforpointswhereyourinterests,capabilities,goals,andpersonalitymatchthepany'sneedsorwhateverneedsyouthinktheymighthave.

3.Everyinterviewer,whetherdirectlyorindirectly,willexpectyoutobeabletoanswerquestionslike:（準備好常見問題）Whydoyouwantapositioninthispany?Whatcanyoudoformypany?Thereareafewofthemorepopularinterviewquestions.Takesometimetothinkabouttheanswers,andyou'llbemuchmorepreparedtomakeagreatimpression.Atajobinterview,youremployerswillprobablyaskthefollowing:

·Canyousellyourselfintwominutes？

·Whatisyourstrongesttrait（s）？（你個性上最大的特點是什么？）

·Givemeasummaryofyourcurrentjobdescription。

·Whydidyouleaveyourlastjob？（你為什么離職呢？）

·Whatcontributiondidyoumaketoyourcurrent（previous）organization？（你對目前/從前的工作單位有何貢獻？）

·Whatdoyouthinkyouareworthtous？（你怎么認為你對我們有價值呢？）

·Whatmakeyouthinkyouwouldbeasuccessinthisposition？（你如何知道你能勝任這份工作？）

·Howdoyoudefinesuccess?

·Areyouabletotravel?Relocate?

·Canyoutellmeaboutyourskills?

·Areyouabletouseaputer?

·Canyoudescribeyouridealsupervisor?

·Whydidyouapplyforthisjob?

·Howdoyouusethisspecificputerapplicationtosolveajob-relatedprogram?

·Whatcurrentissuesconcernyouthemost？（目前什么事是你最關心的？）

·Whatrangeofpay-scaleareyouinterestedin？（你喜歡那一種薪水層次標準？）

·Doyouhaveanysamplesofyourwork?（準備好你得意的工作成果，并且隨身攜帶，在合適的時候拿出來給面試官看，可以收到意想不到的效果。）

4.Andyou'resupposedtodressproperly.Asuit,dressshirtandtieareusuallyrequiredformen.Womenshouldweareitherasuitoradresswithaplementaryjacket（外套）。TheyareALWAYSacceptable.

Thosemenwithmorelimitedwardrobesshouldwearanicesportscoatwithcoordinatedslacks（搭配得當?shù)男蓍e褲）andshirt.Womenshouldwearanicejacketwithcoordinatedskirtorslacks.Youshouldalwaysavoidwearingsneakers（運動鞋）tointerviews.雖然很多公司并不要求員工都要穿正裝，但是對于求職者來說，還是盡量要大方、莊重才好。
