ACT的考位相對于SAT寬松多了，所以考生在截止日期前都可以輕松報名。

ACT最大的缺點是出分慢，最長的出分時間是8周!需要考生們提前做好安排。ACT發(fā)布的2015年上半年報名截止日期和出分時間如下：

其實ACT已經在努力改進出分速度了。新的年度，大部分考試的出分速度加快到了9天(去年是16天)，也就是考試結束后第二周的周一學生就可能收到自己的分數(shù)。而ACT的作文成績一般會在常規(guī)成績公布后的2周內公布。

其實考試成績拖延到8周才出的情況是非常少見的，大家不必過于擔心，官網(wǎng)上也給出了成績推遲公布的若干個理由，感興趣的學生也可以研究下：
