　　其次，要變“以教師為中心”為“以學(xué)生為中心”，從“傳授知識(shí)”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤芭囵B(yǎng)能力”，讓學(xué)生逐漸養(yǎng)成自我學(xué)習(xí)與不斷更新知識(shí)的習(xí)慣和能力。摒棄“灌輸式”的教學(xué)方法，不能是老師講學(xué)生背，學(xué)生記憶力好，能背書(shū)，也許考試能得高分，但其實(shí)踐能力往往很差。

　　經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平越來(lái)越高，相關(guān)會(huì)計(jì)工作的工作內(nèi)容就越細(xì)致，這已經(jīng)被各個(gè)企業(yè)所認(rèn)同。目前來(lái)講，傳統(tǒng)會(huì)計(jì)早已開(kāi)始同其他專(zhuān)業(yè)慢慢融合產(chǎn)生新的職業(yè)崗位，這同時(shí)也給會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)人員帶來(lái)了更多的就業(yè)選擇機(jī)會(huì)。而復(fù)合型人才恰恰是完成這些工作的最佳人選，成為一名復(fù)合型會(huì)計(jì)人才，在未來(lái)將有非常好的發(fā)展。
