考生報名時必須填寫個人的真實信息，對于使用虛假和他人信息者，考試主辦方有權(quán)取消該考生的考試成績。

考生須按要求準(zhǔn)時到達考常考試正式開始后，遲到的考生不允許進入考場參加考試。

考生應(yīng)在入場時出示準(zhǔn)考證及準(zhǔn)考證上要求的有效身份證件（身份證、護照或軍官證）和照片，外籍考生必須攜帶護照，臺灣考生必須攜帶臺灣居民來往大陸通行證，港澳考生可攜帶港澳居民身份證。以上證件均指原件。考生若沒有攜帶準(zhǔn)考證、有效身份證件、或者照片與本人面貌不一致，都將不能進入考場；持假證件者和被替考的考生，在兩年內(nèi)禁止參加TOEIC考試。

Whenentering,candidateswillbeaskedtoprovidetheadmissionticket,atleastoneofthevalididentificationlistedontheadmissionticket(NationalID,PassportorMilitaryID)andphotos.Foreigntesttakermustbringpassport.TaiwantesttakermustbringTheMainlandTravelPermitforTaiwanResidents.HongKongorMacaotesttakermustbringHongKong/MacaoPermanentIdentityCard.Allidentificationmustbeoriginals.Candidateswhofailtoprovidetheadmissionticket,valididentificationoramatchedphotowillnotbeallowedtoenter.CandidateswithfakeidentificationandimpersonatedcandidateswillbeprohibitedtoparticipateinanyTOEICtestin2years.

考生進入考場后將身份證件放置在桌面上方，以便檢查。除證件外，所有其它個人物品，應(yīng)放置在考場內(nèi)指定的位置。

Afterenteringthetestroom,candidatesmustplacetheidentificationonthedeskforinspection.ExceptIdentification,allotherpersonalbelongingsshouldbeplacedinthedesignatedareainthetestroom.

考生不要將貴重物品帶到考場，考試主辦方對考試期間丟失的個人物品不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。

Donotbringvaluablesintothetestroom.Thetestorganizerisnotresponsibleforpersonalbelongingslostduringthetest.

考生在進入考場前必須徹底關(guān)閉手機、掌上電腦等電子設(shè)備，在整個考試過程中，手機等電子設(shè)備不允許打開或使用。如發(fā)現(xiàn)手機等電子設(shè)備沒有關(guān)閉，考生將被取消考試成績。

Allcellphones,PDAs,andotherelectronicdevicesmustbeturnedoffbeforeenteringthetestroom.Turningonorusingcellphonesorotherelectronicdevicesisforbiddenduringthetest.Ifitisfoundthatanycandidatehasnotturnedoffanyelectronicdevice(s)duringthetest,thetestscorewillbecancelled.

在考場監(jiān)考人員宣布考生可以離開考場之前，考生不能提前離開考?？忌蛱厥庠虿荒芾^續(xù)考試，需要到現(xiàn)場考務(wù)辦公室等候，在考試結(jié)束后才能離開。

Candidatesarenotallowedtoleavetheseatuntiltheadministratorinstructstodoso.Thosewhoarenotabletocontinuetheexamduetospecialreasonwillbeaskedtowaitintheadministrationofficeandallowedtoleaveafterthetestisfinished.

對在考試過程中被發(fā)現(xiàn)有作弊行為的考生，我們保留進一步調(diào)查和處理直至取消其考試成績的權(quán)利。對于在考試結(jié)束后發(fā)現(xiàn)的作弊行為或重大作弊嫌疑，我們有權(quán)對相關(guān)考生進行調(diào)查，并暫停發(fā)布其成績或取消已發(fā)布的成績，直至調(diào)查完畢，考生應(yīng)對此予以配合。對于拒絕配合的考生，我們有權(quán)取消該考生成績。

Wereservetherighttofurtherinvestigate,punish,orevencancelthescoreofthecandidate(s)whois/arecaughtcheatingduringthetest.Forcheatingorsuspectedcheatingbehaviorfoundafterthetest,wehavetherighttoinvestigatethecandidate(s)involvedandsuspendtoreleasehis/herscoreorcancelhis/herscorealreadyreleaseduntiltheinvestigationispleted.Candidatesshouldbecooperative.Wehavetherighttocancelthescoreofthecandidateifhe/sheisnotcooperativeintheinvestigation.

考試過程中可能出現(xiàn)任何意外事故，考場監(jiān)考人員都將按照托業(yè)中國管理中心的規(guī)定提供現(xiàn)場解決方案，如果考生對解決方案有異議，需要在方案實施之前提出；否則，將被視為接受解決方案并承擔(dān)該解決方案所帶來的結(jié)果；考生接受現(xiàn)場解決方案后，對該事故及現(xiàn)場解決方案的投訴無效。

Theadministratorwillprovideon-sitesolutionaccordingtoregulationsofTOEICChinaManagementCenterifanyaccidentoccursduringtheexam.Objectionsmustberaisedbeforethesolutionisimplemented,orelse,candidatesshallbedeemedtohaveacceptedthesolutionandtaketheconsequencesrelated;Complaintsregardingtheaccidentandsolutionarenotacceptedifcandidateshaveacceptedtheon-sitesolution.

有下列行為的考生，按照托業(yè)中國管理中心規(guī)定，將被取消考試資格、取消考試成績并不退還考試費：

AccordingtotheregulationsofTOEICChinaManagementCenter,candidatesinvolvedinanyofthefollowingswillbedisqualified,whosescorewillbecancelled,andwhosetestfeewillnotberefunded:

10.1在考試正式開始后，遲到的考生；

Candidateswhoarrivelateafterthetesthasstarted;

10.2有替考和被替考行為的考生；

Candidateswhoareproxytestersorimpersonated;

10.3在入場過程中或考試過程中，被發(fā)現(xiàn)證件或照片不符合TOEIC考試要求的考生；

Candidateswhoseidentificationorphotosarefoundunqualifiedwhenenteringthetestroomorduringthetest;

10.4無論是否對考試造成影響，在考試過程中被發(fā)現(xiàn)使用手機等電子設(shè)備或手機等電子設(shè)備沒有徹底關(guān)閉的考生；

Candidatescaughtusingcellphonesorotherelectronicdevicesorwhosedevicesarenotturnedoffpletelyduringthetest,disregardingtheinfluence;

10.5在考試過程中，有任何作弊行為的考生；

Candidateswhoarecaughtcheatingofanykind;

10.6在考場內(nèi)交談、喧嘩或制造明顯噪音，干擾其他考生考試，經(jīng)監(jiān)考人員一次警告后，沒有停止干擾行為的考生；

Candidateswhofailtostoptalking,clattering,makingnoisesoranyotherdisturbancesafteraone-timewarningbyadministrator;

10.7在考試結(jié)束前，因任何原因提前離開考場的考生；

Candidateswholeavetheseatduetoanyreasonuntiltheendofthetest;

10.8使用任何威脅語言或行為攻擊考試監(jiān)考人員，經(jīng)監(jiān)考人員一次警告后，沒有停止攻擊言行的考生；

Candidateswhofailtostopusingthreateninglanguageorbehavioragainstadministratorsafteraone-timewarning;

10.9被發(fā)現(xiàn)以任何方式將考試內(nèi)容帶出考場的考生。此行為將被追究法律責(zé)任，并五年內(nèi)不允許參加TOEIC考試。

CandidateswhoarefoundtakingtestmaterialsoutofthetestroomwillbeheldliableandprohibitedtotakeanyTOEICtestin5years.

考前、考中及考后，托業(yè)中國管理中心均有權(quán)檢視有替考嫌疑的考生的相關(guān)信息，包括將信息提交至公安機關(guān)等第三方鑒定機構(gòu)進行鑒定，并根據(jù)檢視結(jié)果對相關(guān)違紀(jì)行為作出處理。

Before,duringorafterthetest,TOEICChinaManagementCenterhastherighttocheckthepersonalprofileofanysuspectedproxytesteraswellassubmitittothird-partyidentificationbodiessuchaspublicsecurityorganizations,andactagainstthedisciplinaryoffencesbasedontheidentificationresults.

所有考生需要積極配合托業(yè)中國管理中心對于考試過程中各類舞弊行為的調(diào)查和相關(guān)行動。托業(yè)中國管理中心保留對一切違紀(jì)考生做出相關(guān)處理的權(quán)利。

AllcandidatesshouldcooperateactivelywithTOEICChinaManagementCenteronanyactivitiesregardinginvestigatingcheatingofanykindduringthetest.TOEICChinaManagementCenterreservestherighttoactagainstanydisciplinaryoffencesofthecandidates.
