1.我們在課程期間就教學方法、學員的進步情況、任課教師的表現(xiàn)及其它教學相關(guān)問題等取得學員的口頭及書面反潰

WewillendeavortocontacteachtraineeduringtheCoursetogetoralandwrittenfeedbackonthecourseregardingtheteachingmethod,thetrainee’sperceivedprogress,thetrainer'sperformance,andanyotheracademicaspectsofthecourse.

2.在學習過程中為學員建立個人成長檔案，記錄點滴進步。即將學員的每次作業(yè)和老師的點評記錄成檔案并發(fā)送給人事部。

Weshouldbuildgrow-upfilestorecordtheprocessoflearningforthestudent.ThatmeansFBSwillcollectthestudent’sallthehomeworkandtrainer’smentsandsendittoTheHR.

3.學習顧問還將與人事部進行每周一次電話溝通，每月將教師的教學情況和學員的學習情況反饋給人事部。根據(jù)學員的學習和工作情況，對課程內(nèi)容和教學進度進行調(diào)整，讓學員達到最佳的學習效果。

4.培訓過程中，分三個階段進行測試，以有效保證最佳學習效果。分別是：1/3階段測試，期中測試和期末測試。

Weshouldoffertheassessmentsthreetimestoensurethebestlearningresult.Thethreeassessmentsare:1/3ofthetraining,Midofthetrainingandtheendofthetraining.

5.我們將在課程中期及結(jié)束后提供甲方中期報告及培訓終期報告使甲方了解每個學員在課程中的實際表現(xiàn)、進程、出勤率及級別結(jié)束考試成績等。

Wewillprovideyouwithbothamid-termandfinaltrainingreportdetailingtheprogressionofeachparticipant,participantattendance,participantfeedback,andotherreports.

6.在課程期間，貴司需監(jiān)督學員盡可能正常出席每次課程，并且按時按量完成作業(yè)。
